At SnuggleSwap, we connect parents and caregivers through a peer-to-peer marketplace for baby and child-related items. Because transactions happen directly between users, shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and seller. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works on SnuggleSwap.
1. User Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping items sold through the Platform.

3. Shipping Costs

5. In-Person Exchanges

Users may choose to exchange items locally instead of shipping.

SnuggleSwap is not responsible for any in-person meetings. Users should prioritize safety and meet in public places.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or is not received, the buyer should contact the seller directly.

SnuggleSwap does not provide refunds or replacements, as we are not the seller of items.
7. International Shipping

Sellers may choose to ship items internationally, but buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
