  • Not post or list counterfeit, unsafe, or recalled items.

  • Accurately describe items you list, including any damage, defects, or missing parts.

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and exchange of goods.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not list or exchange:

  • Expired, recalled, or unsafe baby products (such as expired car seats, damaged cribs, or unsafe toys).

  • Items prohibited by law.

  • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Transactions & Payments

  • Payments (if applicable) are processed through approved third-party payment providers.

  • SnuggleSwap is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on transactions.

6. Shipping & Exchanges

  • Users are responsible for arranging shipment, delivery, or pickup of items.

  • SnuggleSwap is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping or handoff.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • SnuggleSwap is a platform provider only and does not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of items exchanged.

  • You use SnuggleSwap at your own risk.

  • SnuggleSwap is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from user transactions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, or

  • Harm the integrity of our community.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on SnuggleSwap (logos, branding, site design) is owned by SnuggleSwap.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse SnuggleSwap intellectual property without permission.

10. Privacy
